Victoria Baker joins as Branch Manager and Residential Valuer, having worked in Estate Agency in Loughborough and Charnwood since 2006 and with Hartleys valuing at the Rothley office, since last March.

Victoria comments, “This Shepshed office means a lot to me as my parents previously worked from these actual premises with their Estate Agency, Duncombe & Baker, in the early 1990s. I am really excited to be here and although the market is still difficult, I welcome the challenge and opportunity.”

Victoria joins Charlotte Davie, who has grown up in Shepshed, attending Oxley Primary, Shepshed High School and Hind Leys and has worked for the company since October 2009. They both hope that their combination of experience, local knowledge and enthusiasm will result in seeing more local people moving home.
